Bob Webb is the best hands down! We had three other contractors out to the house and they didn’t come close to Bob. Everything he promised us he delivered. Bob communicates well and is a man of his word. His crew is awesome too!
Custom Pool Renovations were recommended by our regular pool repair person. The original Diamond Brite finish was nearing the end of its life and was cratering and peeling. From the moment they came to give an estimate to the post completion check up we was impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail. They explained the timeline so we would have no inflated expectations and the deadlines set were met every time. Their cleanup is exceptional as well as the actual construction. We are very satisfied with the completed project and strongly recommend this company for pool refurbishment. Our pool looks like new.
We had our pool resurfaced and retiled, our deck drain replaced with a larger one, and the deck was resurfaced with the concrete stamped overlay and we love it! Bob explained all the options we had and how the whole process would work. The job started when he said it would, he was professional, honest, and very reliable, keeping in touch with us the whole time. His whole crew is just excellent at what they do and cleaned up and set the patio back up when they were done. We have worked with a lot of people but this was the smoothest running job we ever experienced. It started out as a resurface and ended up a remodel! Everything went like clockwork, and that is rare. Bob, Cindy and 5he crew are great! They are so professional and did a great job remodeling our pool as well as doing concrete stamping. Everyone comments are how nice our pool deck, back porch, front porch and side walk looks. We were gone for most of the job but Bob kept us up to date with texts and pictures of the progress. I would highly recommend them!!
Custom pool renovations completely exceeded our expectations! We wanted to update our outdated pool with a new finish and tile work. Our upgrade request consisted of re-piping two returns, resurfacing the pool, retiling the caps and filling in a planter. When we first meet with Bob we immediately felt he had our best interest in mind. He explained everything in detail and advised us on his recommendations through the whole process. He was never pushy and even advised us against expensive upgrades we wanted but he explained might take away from the aesthetics of the pool. Through the entire process, he was in communication with us letting us know every stage of the project and what work was to be done that week. He gave us numerous different choices of colors, finishes and tiles. He connected us with a local artist who specializes with mosaics when he heard we were interested. He was always helpful when we asked for his professional opinion on how certain colors would look or just a logic check. We even threw in a last-minute request for water shooters that he made happen with no complaints. His team was professional and courteous, always cleaning up after themselves and making us aware of any special instructions. Cindy, who worked in the office is so sweet and quick to respond to any questions we had regarding paperwork and permits. Bob and his team made our pool renovation such a smooth an enjoyable experience. I want to add that the price was below what other companies quoted us, but to be honest we would have paid more for the quality of work which we received. The price never changed during the process, and we paid exactly what he quoted us. Even after the job was completed, Bob messaged us to see if we had any questions or concerns multiple times. He always responds with advice and has even stopped by to make sure our pool doing well. I highly recommend Custom Pool Renovation to anyone who is looking to update or make changes to their pool!
