Top Cat Roofing is hands down one of the best roofing company's in Brevard county. I can't say enough about the knowledge, professionalism and courtesy of Rick Lehman and his crew. I had a complete re-roof. Each and every day of the process the crew cleaned up and left the sight in pristine condition. I could not be happier with the results and I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
I am not sure of the roofing job this guy does, but I do know he drives like an a**hole. Then, he has a sticker on the back of his van that says, "I'm a roofer, not a race care driver." I guess being a roofer means you own the road and get to pull out in front of someone with little to no room to spare. Your sticker should should say, I'm an a**hole, just an a**hole. Very responsible, Rick.
Called them to check out my grandmother's roof and they were very honest in their findings. Turns out there was just some minor damage near one of the roof fixtures. They sealed it up and solved the problem. These guys could have told us anything and we would have had to take their word for it, but they did not take advantage. My poor grandmother thought she needed a whole new roof, but they said she definitely did not. Save her thousands of dollars.
I have been ripped off by these people. Last year i paid them 1300 dollars to replace a piece around my dryer vent on my roof because it was missing and leaking down all the way into my cabinet. Was supposed to replace and seal it. Apparently they didnt do that. My brother in law who is a roofer came down for a visit and got on my roof to replace some shingles for me and told me it was missing. Also where my roof and screened in porch meet rain pours down through the wood they were supposed to fix that to but didnt. Called them back out to fix it. Sent someone out. The problem is still not fixed and is going to cause it to rot there. I feel ripped off and extremely annoyed. Calling someone else to fix it.
