I can't say enough good things about this company. Evan and Brad were very helpful in picking out new roof shingles and even brought full size samples of 8 different shingles. They laid them out on my front lawn, so I could compare which ones went best with my brick facade on my home. They were also very quick to get the permits, start the job, and get the Palm Bay building inspectors to come out promptly after each phase was complete, so they could sign off on it. The installation was quick and thorough. They also did a great job with the cleanup afterword. The roof looks beautiful with the cottage red shingles and the shingles were thicker than I thought they would be. Overall, Florida Roof Bros did a fantastic job. Another bonus was that they have many connections to other trusted contractors if I need another job done. I may use their recommendation for a new driveway and walkway to my front door. HIRE THIS COMPANY!! The price was very reasonable, and the work was very professional.
The whole crew at Florida Roofing Bros are top notch. Answered all my questions and concerns. Arrived early and in time everyday and worked was completed in a timely manner. After dealing with contractors, you usually file them mentally in different categories. Such as "very reliable, definitely would recommend" or "stay away", or ""decent but keep looking". When it comes to Roof Bros, they have a category of their own-"simply the best". There is a reason why all the reviews are so glowing: I cannot think of a single bad moment while doing business with them. Incredibly professional, yet at the same time very friendly and very easy going guys. Great in communication, very fast in getting back to you and very thoroughly in addressing all your issues. Just one regret - too bad they do not deal with all the other aspects of home renovation. Then the search would be over- no need to look anywhere else when you have the best experience and the best results.
Well we had some damage to a part of our roof that caused us to have some infestation of rats and Raccoons in the attic for nearly a week, we got rid of the pest, but the damage we thought the Raccoons did once inspecting the roof apparently was more damage then we had thought was a simple patch job I could do myself. I explain my situation with my Brother in-law who happens to be like a real Brother to me. He told me he was having his roof redone and I should talk to these guys The Roof Brothers and he's sure they would be able to help us. They sound legit, they take pictures, they show you step by step what needs to be done. I don't own the home but I am the eyes for my Blind roommate who also happens to be my best friend. He told me to do what ever I think was best because he trusts me exclusively. I wanted to do the work myself to try and save Tom some money because he was afraid it was going to cost him quite a few thousand to repair the roof. I called the Roof Brothers Brad & Evan, Brad explain to me I should not go up on the roof I should let professionals take care of the issue. He explain that his Brother and his Partner would arrive and examine the situation. Evan showed up a couple days later and did a free examination and showed me some very frightening pictures of what the roof looked like in the attic, apparently the Vent pan was either installed wrong or it was just damaged with time and ware, but in any case, water had got into the air vent and rotted a lot of the roof wood near the peak of the roof and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I am a 59yo man at 270lbs which I am not happy to divulge but I would have done what needed to be done, but this was a job for a professional and I needed their help. Evan called me back the same day he did the inspection and said they can take care of your problem today if you want it done. I talk to the owner and he was extremely pleased with them wanting to do it so quickly. Tom agreed on the estimate which was extremely lower then he had thought, and said yes go ahead and do it. They arrived like a half hour later, Tom was extremely pleased with their promptness and professionalism. They did the job in record time like less then a few hours, took pictures of before and after. I was pleased with their work, they were very clean, nothing left behind. They did everything they said they would do and we were extremely happy with their Service. Take it from me, if a job looks like you can do it yourself, be smart have a professional do it and do it right. If you want perfection, Call the Florida Roof Brothers and have it done right the first time.
