Richards Roofing is truly an OUTSTANDING company to do business with. They're quick, they're clean and they do a HIGH QUALITY job. They did a complete roof installation on my house and my wife and I are very happy. They did a fantastic job and my roof looks GREAT! I highly recommend Richard and his team. And did I mention that they're prices are EXTREMELY competitive. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
Let me start by saying Richard is the most patient and understanding business man I have ever dealt with. I asked so many questions and he explained everything and took the time to make sure we understood. Most business men get annoyed at all the question but not Richard. He always called back when we left a message, I don't expect him to answer his phone when he is working. The quality of his work outstanding. His team of workers do great work!! I highly recommend Richard's Roofing.
Took 3 days to return phone call. Finally made an appt for the following day (after finally calling back) between 830-9. By 915 wasn’t there- called, no answer. Called again- told my husband “I’m surprised you thought I was still coming. We are backed up due to the rain”. What??? My husband told him that he expected a phone call to let him know that. Totally unprofessional.
