Florida Retrofits did an excellent job. My property insurance decreased significantly. It was definitely worth it.
I cannot give FR a strong enough review! An awesome experience for the very start through to the Final Inspection. Joey, my estimator, really rang the bell. He understood that I had a lot of questions, and he patiently answered every one, giving me comfort that he cared about even the little details for us. Then, Collin, the Roof Manager, was incredible. He made sure everything was just right in the roofing of my home. Even the small things were paid attention to. And then, when they discovered that there was something they could do to improve the integrity of my roof, they just did it. At no extra cost! When the inspector put an extra expectation on them, that cost FR more time and money, they made it happen. At no extra cost! What I am saying is FR does the right thing because it’s the right thing! They even answer the phone when you call! I will recommend FR to everyone I know that is considering needing a roofer. Top Awards to FR!

Alexis Austin was my point of contact. She was consistently in communication with us throughout the entire process until our roof was repaired. So many fake and sloppy contractors in FL but Alexis was on point and Florida Retrofits did a phenomenal job in repairing our roof from the storm damage.
