Russ Lynch was our project manager. He did the initial inspection of the roof. He took all the measurements and provided an estimate that was more than fair. He explained how they would proceed with the work. The crew that striped the roof and installed the waterproof membrane worked quickly and efficiently making sure to clean up at the end of each day. The metal installers completed their work quickly and ensured that the property was clean daily as well. The metal roof with the hidden fasteners provides a clean looking roof that should remain maintenance free for many years. Russ had explained the entire process of the installation from permitting through final city inspection. He said what he would do and did what he said. This is a good company to hire for your roofing needs.
We worked with Scott Case and when dealing with the county for permits is a hassle, everything went rather smooth. The County was behind due to the pandemic which was nothing anyone could have avoided, but once things got going the work was completed quickly & professionally. Scott stopped by to make sure everything was taken care of properly & made sure the warranty & wind inspection reports were sent to us. Great experience working with Superior One Roofing!
