Florida Native Roofing replaced 2 roofs for me in the past and I was very pleased with their work and response and consideration of my neighbors. Now just recently I had a small repair. Mike Early returned my call the SAME day I called the office. And came out the very NEXT day to take a look. Within a couple days Mike was on my roof and had it completed. At a very reasonable cost. I run a business and have to say in my experience it is rare to find companies this responsive and professional. I had a very small job and he treated me as if I was very valuable. I can’t recommend them enough.
Florida Native Roofing is just completing a new reroof. We had a leaky tile roof with much wood damage and the new metal roof is going on now. We are very pleased. I am a retired contractor from a different trade and I can discern a company that cares about quality and has some process to see that the work is performed to certain standards. If you have realistic expectations you shouldn’t be disappointed.
Received a recommendation/contact from a close friend who is a landlord and realtor, to call Mike for help with a minor roof issue. Although he was undoubtedly busy, he took time to stop by my home on same day as my call and fixed the loose vent cap immediately. He refused any payment and his kindness really made my day! I will definitely call again and recommend him.
So far So good. UPDATE Roof Complete, looks great and no leaks. Tommy Blair's Quality Collision Repair is very Happy with Florida Native Roofing.
Florida Native Roofing just finished my roof and I couldn't be happier. Chad, my salesperson, went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect shingle for my roof. In addition to getting me numerous sets of sample shingles, he actually drove out to houses he had identified with the various shingle options I was considering and took pictures, then gave me the addresses so that I could look at them in person and make a decision between several choices I was considering. And when I panicked after seeing the roof partially done with the shingles and thought they were putting on the wrong one (turns out it just looked different when it was in shadow than when the light was on it), his response was – "if this isn't the right one, we'll take them off and get you the right one." That response typifies how I feel about Florida Native Roofing. My job wasn't done without a couple of minor hiccups that had nothing to do with roof itself (like grease on my pavers or debris in our pool), but when they did occur, whether it was my crew chief Raul, or others "up the chain" – what I heard consistently was: "if something is wrong, we'll take care of it – we want you to be happy." More importantly, Raul and his team, with advice from Kyle, made several key changes to the shingle application (for example, putting in a metal pan) as they discovered places where the plywood sheeting had rotted or there was a potential for water retention. They were clearly committed to ensuring that I will have no issues with my roof if there is any way humanely possible to prevent it. I can't thank them enough for taking the time and care to do my job in the best possible manner. The only negative, but I think this is probably true of all roofing companies, especially due to the vagaries of our summer weather, is in communicating what day(s) they will be coming to start or return to finish their work.
