Great Appliance Repair Company!! One night, my washing machine quit agitating and spinning out. The next morning, I called Appliance Wizard before they were even opened. They called me as soon as they opened, at 8:00 am. The owner, Deana, asked me a few questions and set up a 2:00 p.m. appointment. Shortly before 1:00 p.m. they called back and asked if they could come over early. The owner, Dan, arrived within 15 minutes. He wasted no time getting to work. He quickly diagnosed my problem. Fortunately, it was no more serious than a belt that had slipped off. He fixed it quickly and found all of my lost socks! ???? They were very reasonably priced, also! Their service was excellent from start to finish. I will definitely use them again! I will recommend them to everybody I know. Five Stars, for sure!
Best appliance service we have used! Had a GE oven and 2 Kenmore Elite refrigerators requiring repairs. Had an appointment set up with one company who would not work on the second refrigerator because they said based on the model number it was actually an LG unit under the Kenmore brand and the appointment was for 5 days after I called. Called Appliance Wizard and they came out the next day with a much lower service call price! Needless to say I immediately canceled the first company. Dan fixed all 4 issues (1 he had to order a part) in 1-hour! Price was very reasonable and upon return when the part came in no additional service call added. Any future appliance work we have will be done by this company. Dan was professional, timely, didn't mess around, and was actually early on each call. Great company!

The experience was great! When they called to schedule an appointment they were very accommodating, they were willing to work around my schedule and they came out to check my dryer the following morning. The repair guy showed up on time, was very professional and quick. Unfortunately, they had to order the part but they had it with in a couple of days and came back to fix my dryer. Overall the experience was great! Profressional and efficient! Thanks for taking care of my dryer!
