I truly can't believe how this guy (John, repair tech) just treated me, a customer. I was at home during the 3 hour repair window, waiting, and happened to vacuum the kitchen when he called--because they could not find the address. I returned the call (within 15 minutes) and found out the problem was he had not been able to read his own writing, causing him to mistake a "u" for a "v" in the street name, which I had spelled out and he had repeated back just earlier this morning. Unfortunately, he said he could not come back today, notwithstanding the basket of wet clothes rotting in my laundry room, even though this was obviously his fault. At that point, he started yelling over my protests, saying that it was my fault for not answering my phone, like I should have been carrying it around next to my ear for the entire 3 hour period in case he couldn't read his own writing. Finally, I told him, alright, forget the service call, I'm just going to leave bad reviews on social media, at which point this guy actually told me that for that "evil" I will "burn in hell"!! Seriously?!?! I had to hang up because at this point there was no stopping his psycho rant. Wow wow wow. Definitely not someone I want to have inside my home!
Wouldn't recommend. Not dependable & very unprofessional. After calling me at 8 am to confirm our appt for the day - Nobody shows up, no phone call. I had to call them just to get a text message being told their running late.. Ok. Thats fine, stuff happens. Next text message was telling me if they cant make it by 5 (i was given a appt window from 2 to 4) That we could reschedule for 3 days away.. Did not even offer to send someone the next day.. I rearranged my day to meet someone at my house between my appt window. If your running late you should still get your butt to your next scheduled appointment. Its not my fault and your late and website says their open til 7.. So why am i given a 5pm cut off time? Ive been at my house waiting on someone for hours and to not even try to come when your done with whatever is makiing you run behind is extremely unprofessional
I would like to thank this business for fixing my clothes dryer. They are very reasonable on price for the repair. The person was very professional and showed up on time. I also enjoyed chatting with them about other simple appliance repairs- ie. replacing broken shelfs in my refrigerator. He was nice to give me a direct number to call to order those items. Thank you.
