I am only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. I wish we had checked BBB and google reviews prior to calling. We had the same experience. Lew came to the house, diagnosed the issue and took $300 "deposit" to order the part. He said it would take 7-10 days to get the part and return to install. On day 9 I called Lew to see if the part came and schedule his return to complete the repair. Lew stated the part had not come in and he would call me when it does. On day 15, after not hearing from Lew we called him and left a message requesting an update. Later that day he returned my call stating the part had arrived and we set up a time to perform the replacement. That day he began ignoring all calls. We haven't heard from him again. I have made multiple calls to his cell phone and his office line with no answer and no return call. I try to support small businesses owners in my community but people like Lew and All Brevard Appliance Services are the reason why many small businesses owners are having a tough time.
Lew ripped me off for $470.00. I hired him to fix my freezer. A day and half later it was not working again. I called his office # and cell #, left several messages. He would not return any of my calls. I had to call another company to fix what he did. We are senior's and live on a fixed income. Do not trust this company.
Said we needed a part for our washer and was coming back Saturday. He never showed and never answered calls. We wasted a week without a washer and now have to find another service person. Never would recommend this guys to anyone
Called Thursday for ice machine repair gentleman said he would come out told him I would be home all day never called never showed up won’t answer the phone now I would not recommend this individual whatsoever if I would’ve read the previous reviews I never would’ve called him just stay away from this company
Our refrigerator compressor went out. That particular part was still under warranty (part only). Lew was just about the only one who would even touch the repair. He got the parts for us and had given us a quote he stuck to. After putting in the part, the fridge was still not cooling. Lew came back out quickly and fixed the issue from the first service call. No avoiding us, no attitude. Mistakes happen. It's how you deal with them that counts. Friendly and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.
