Mike was amazing! This morning our dishwasher stopped latching, which is a nightmare with a full house here for the weekend. I couldn't go without a working dishwasher! I called Mike directly. He was super responsive, honest that his schedule is tight, but he would do his best to be here to fix it. Truly, I know we got lucky since they seem book up quickly. He was able to come here just a few hours after the call!! It seems like our dishwasher wasn't installed perfectly from another company, but he was able to adjust it relatively easily and explained to us what options we have in the future if we have the problem again. The price was pretty inexpensive, considering the last minute and desperation from our part. Would highly recommend and will be calling them again if we have any issues in the future. :)
MAC Installations came out and installed a dishwasher at my home. Best service that I have seen in many years. They made sure the job was done perfectly and cleaned the work area before leaving. HIGHLY recommended!!
Mike and his helpers have done several jobs for us over the years. delivering/installing several appliances. He always calls ahead with his schedule, and then shows up on time, as promised, and gets the job done and cleans up before leaving. The one that sticks in mind had to do with a new washer and gas dryer that were almost too big for the laundry room. He had to take the old stuff out, and bring in the new, one piece at a time, and they took both doors to the laundry room off the hinges and hand carried the machines, without trolleys, to get it done. Never had a problem with any of his connections or the appliances he brought, except for age. Things get old and break after several years use. Call Mike.
They did the installation for our gas dryer. He was on time and his communication was excellent! His Crew worked quick and were very efficient. Would DEFINITELY recommend this company!!!
Unequivocally: THE DREAM TEAM. Seriously. We've had a slew of service men in our 40 year old home in the 20 years we've lived here. Some have been quite good. Some even better. But MAC INSTALLATIONS exemplify the best of the best in service. Knowledge. Experience. Ingenuity. (Did I mention Ingenuity?) Courtesy. Craftmanship. Pinultimate Professionalism. First time I ever wish I had filmed it and put on line. We needed an old built in stove removed and a new slide-in installed. When MAC pulled out the old stove, there was a 12" vertical capped gas pipe sticking up. Beneath was 4 more feet of twisted horizontal gas pipe. That and the usual cabinetry that required removal to make way for the new stove. These men assessed the problem with care, caution, and INGENUITY. They tackled the challenge UNDER the existing cabinetry and through a wall!! Truly phenomenal team work. ALL THAT AND A REASONABLE PRICE!! I am an ecstatic, satisfied customer. Seriously.
