Sold me a piece of junk and when was brought to them to fix never fixed it right been in shop since I bought it bad auto sales do not buy from them
My daughter bought her first car here last month. They were honest and worked with us on issues that cropped up after we bought the car. They were caring, understanding and it has been an excellent experience for our family. They went above and beyond their responsibilities. I highly recommend this car lot. They are not the ordinary buy here pay here lot. Thank you Derrick and Mike.
When I told the sales guy that the head gasket was leaking oil and the car had been in an accident he proceeded to tell me not to critique his inventory ????..... Then said I will slap anyone that comes in and tells me that.......... Obviously I left.....
I’ve been buying cars for over 20 years and have never had a better experience than with these guys. I met the owner, Eddie, and he is as honest as the day is long. No pressure, no BS and prices that aren’t over inflated. There was a minor repair to be done before I took the vehicle and they have their own mechanics on site. It was done on time and as promised. I dealt with Derrick to do the paperwork who was amazing as well. I hate the car buying experience, in this case it was a pleasure. I highly highly recommend.
Horrible. Rude af. If a business has to tell you to give them a great review because it'll make them look better, there is obviously an issue with their customer service. Gave us the run around about a tag for 3 months then come to find out that someone put my wife's tag on a different vehicle. Don't state which vehicle you'd like because they'll just tell you that they can't get you in it because its too much all while not even trying to run numbers. No one asks if its too much. If needing an awesome used car, go to car guys on 192 or somewhere else. Save yourself from the stress. 1 ★ is too much.
