Beyond impressed with the level of knowledge, the friendly atmosphere and overall commitment to helping me get a wonderful used vehicle! So happy with my new (to me) SUV and will definitely recommend her to everyone looking to buy!!! Great experience!
I would give Melissa 10 stars if I could. I bought a 2008 Ford F-250 that is still running strong, only did oil change, replaced tires, etc.... She is also very active in the community and is one of Heritage High School's more important football sponsors. She is the best!!

Where do I start, I’ve done business with Melissa for 10 plus years! I’ve bought multiple vehicles from her, one having engine issues and she replaced the engine with a remanufactured engine to make sure it was going to be good to go. I’ve referred many people to her, my parents have bought two vehicles from her! First vehicle I purchased was a “buy here pay here” deal because I had no credit at the time. Melissa even wrote me a referral letter referencing my character and payment history helping me buy my first home, again because I didn’t have credit at the time. Melissa’s dealership is not your typical “used car dealership” when you arrive you’ll be warmly greeted, and not pressured or rushed. She will work with your budget and layout your options to get you into a vehicle you want. She is very knowledgeable about the car business, financing ect. She will do what it takes to get you into something you want! Melissa is the first person I contact when I’m in the market for a quality used vehicle, she doesn’t buy junk, and she doesn’t sell junk.
