    I was stranded in Palm Bay recently & Allison in the service department was extremely helpful & understanding as I was having a definite crisis. Not everyone can afford a dealership fix & they know that here. I don't drive a new Honda...but I do love my Honda. Allison explained everything & made sure I found help I could afford to get me fixed & back home. I am very grateful to Allison & everyone at Southeastern Honda :)

    SouthEastern Honda is the best customer service oriented dealership that I had been dealing with for over 15 years now. Good job by everyone. Thank you. The care about your vehicle and so would call you if you leave voice mail to service department and they will do everything to quickly help fix your issue or concern.

    Pretty quick and easy to set up an appointment online. The service was really nice, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I like how they communicate the service status as well as the diagnostic report via text. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to do complex work on my Honda.

    Very happy with this dealership!!! After searching for many months for just the right used car (we are VERY particular!) we found a 2 year old Honda Pilot Elite that has everything we wanted and has been a perfect vehicle! The sales people were not high pressure, cordial and accommodating. They installed the trailer hitch we wanted as part of our negotiated purchase price. We have had two service opportunities since then for oil changes, They have been friendly, prompt and even have great coffee (cappuccino and mocha latte...yum!) while we wait. If our experiences are the norm...this is a dealership to do business with! We have been 5 star happy!

    Andrew was an excellent advisor. He was really knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to keeping the customer (me) up to date on any repairs recommended for the car, and letting me know when the car would be ready. He was thorough and made sure I was well-informed. Thanks, Andrew!
