Hands down best dental office I have been to in this area. Debbie, the hygienist was through, pleasant, and professional. The dentist was very personable. I felt like I was a person and not a number. Very COVID safe with air purifiers and UV light devices. I have been to several other offices in the area over the last 6 years, and this one is a keeper.
I have one of the most Crippling fears of the dentist not the dentist himself or herself but the dentist work and these people the entire team make me feel so calm knowing every time I come in there crying mess they console me and make sure everything is to my Comfort.
A friend from work referred me here. Usually the dentist is scary but they make it easy and painless here. All of the staff are very professional. Dr. Lieneck really changed my perspective on the dentist. He’s main goal is to ensure you not only have a happy and healthy smile but that you are pain free. Everything gets broken down and explained to me in a way that is easy to digest. Their recommendations are never a ploy to up sell you anything, it’s always a genuine product that will improve your quality of life and limit your need for additional work in the future. Would rate higher if I could for taking away my fear of going to the dentist.
This place used to be great when the two previous dentists were there, but then along came arrogant Dr. Lieneck who blamed me for a cap falling off, "What did YOU do?" he asked me, like it was my fault his work didn't last a week. "You must be grinding your teeth," he and his assistant Cynthia said. I suggested maybe the work wasn't done properly and he became furious and told the secretary to discontinue me as a patient!! Rude and poorly skilled..don't go here. I am not a spammer, just a thoroughly disappointed former patient who finally got the nerve to write this review. BEWARE!!!
Even though my insurance is not part of this practice I highly recommend for entire family and is more than happy to pay out of pocket. Moved here from another state and have been searching for “the place”, especially for my son! This was it! The dental hygienist was informative, explaining and going over in detail to my son what he has to do when brushing and flossing. Dentist went over his x-rays with not just us as his parents but also with our son so he was not excluded. We will be happy to pay out of pocket for our own cleaning for this highly recommended dental care facility.
