The staff (includes front desk employees) is always friendly and willing to answer any questions. I saw Jennifer yesterday, who is my hygienist. She did a thorough job in cleaning my teeth. I also told her that she did a great job!
I had to get in yesterday for some emergency dental work. They got me in and were so helpful. Staff is always friendly and professional. Thanks to all the wonderful staff.
I woke up this morning in excruciating pain, called the office and I had an appointment to come in an hour later. I needed an extraction and Dr Nowacki and the entire staff were so friendly and did everything they could to make me comphortable. Bedside manner is so very important, the staff and Dr here actually care. They aren't just trying to get you in and out. I feel like it's getting harder and harder to find kind doctors, this is my dentist for life.
