They are the best pediatric dentists in Brevard County. The staff & dentists are amazing! They do great work, my daughter wasn't scared or afraid they kept her calm & comfortable during all her procedures. That alone was a blessing. I highly recommend them.
The front desk worker Nicole is a sweet and very helpful person. Will always find a way to get you or your children in asap. The staff there are also good. Thank you Nicole for always being great to our family.
Where do i start, ill make this as short as possible......Im a dental hygienist who works and live in NYC. My son is in florida visiting and had a molar tooth ache. I called this office to get an emergency app (cash patient). The first thing that was asked was if i had insurance and if my son was a current patient. The answer was no to both questions. I explained how severe the situation was for my son, but was still told no appointments for two weeks and they advised me to call their other office. One thing for certain two for sure, and take notes Magic Dental Care here in NYC Dental Practices 3 types of people you never refuse treatment unless you simply don't accept their insurance 1. A pain patient. 2. A pain patient who is elderly or a child. 3. A Cash patient. Thank God my child found a dentist with in the day who understood the severity of the treatment he needed. #REDFLAG
I am very impressed with this pediatric dentist office. It is very clean and the paperwork and administrative part was made very easy. Dr. Assaf is like the "dentist whisperer" as he did well with 2 of my children and he and his dental hygienists were all great, explained to the kids what was happening, and put them at ease and they were not scared at all. Dr. Assaf went out of his way to call me directly after my appointment to even recommend a specific toothpaste for my daughter who has sensory issues, and I was blown away that he would go above and beyond to do that. That makes me feel very confident as a parent that he cares for his patients and their oral health. I highly recommend this practice!
I have been coming to Magic Dental care for all my of my dental treatments including Cleanings and composite restorations. Front desk is welcoming and helpful. Dr.Assaf and his assistant were attentive to my dental needs and provided a professional and “Fear-free” environment which eased up my nerves. Dr was down to earth and took his time to go over the procedure so I could get a quick overview of the appointment. When it was time for my cleanings, I had a front view of their interactions with smaller children and it was top-notch, they value their smaller patients with the same level of respect as it were to be their own. After I graduated Highschool I began to gain interest in the field, during COVID times I never thought I would get the chance to step inside an office without having to be a patient but he was so easy to talk to and allowed me the opportunity to shadow his office for a couple of days. Loved my experience there! I would recommend this place to my family..
