Where do I even begin... Cheryl is hands down THE BEST!!!!! We went through hell and back with the people purchasing our house and she stuck by our side the entire time and was so professional during the process. The buyers of our home had some issues with their house and their realtor never disclosed any of that with Cheryl. She took care of it and made it happen..... we had another realtor give their client the code to our house WHILE WE WERE STILL LIVING THERE!!!! Again Cheryl took care of it came out and completely gave us a new key box. We used her to purchase our fist house, sell our house and she’s also representing us in our new house we’re building. I would never use any other realtor she’s the best!! Thanks Cheryl! She’s worth way more then 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My husband and I just closed on a house listed through this office. The house was listed as well water but it turns out that it was city water and we found out when the water got shut off. We are now without water and can't do anything about it until the next business day. I'm also wondering what other surprises we might find that haven't been disclosed. I will never recommend this business for anything. EDIT:(this is my reply to the response) It was required by law that the septic be replaced don't try and twist it to make yourself look better. We had to call Palm Bay Septic ourselves to get an accurate timeline for that replacement because you weren't responding to our realtors inquiries and then when you finally did told us it would only be about a week and Palm Bay Septic was honest and let us know that it would be 6-8 weeks because of the permit processing. I'm being very fair in my review.
