Katie was exactly who we needed! She worked with us answering all our questions, as this was a first purchase in Florida for us. To complicate things further, we were out of state (and country for awhile) for almost the complete process. This didn’t phase Katie at all. She was professional, timely, and exactly who we needed! Tina started out as our realtor and yes found us our beautiful home. She is so good at listening to her clients needs!
