Extremely impressed with the quality customers service, member information and attitude to detail. Makes an old guy like myself feel comfortable in the fitness center. Very grateful for the initial consultation Jeremy arrange with trainer & coach Richard. The detailed information through the assessment is a must for everyone. Eye opener in a great way. You guys have it going on. I was also impressed with the courtesy of the other members. Just a quiet clean place for get in shape, getting fit and maintaining life to new levels.
