I work Walmart and they give the employees a discount on there hair cut and I have been coming to the smart style in the Walmart of 1040 malabar Road in Palm Bay Florida for 8 years. I had gotten hurt at work and have been out of work for the last two years I still come here to get my haircut and it still been able to get the employee discount because I’m still played with Walmart except for today on 1/2/2021. I was told since I haven’t been at work and I did not have my name badge that I would no longer be able to get the discount even though I had the Walmart discount card which only stays active if you are in employee and will be deactivated when you’re no longer an employee but since I had no name badge which doesn’t verify whether your employer or not due to the fact you can still keep it after you leave the facility. I was here about two months ago and had no problem. I think it is wrong do to the fact it’s not my fault I was hurt and now all of a sudden i’m on able to get the discount every little bit helps and I don’t make very much being out of work.
On 9/6 we got my sons hair cut and the stylist was very nice and the place was really clean . Expect a Sanitization Surcharge of 3.95 for a clean safe experience . The stylist managed to get my 6 year old to stay still which can be impossible sometimes =) Thanks Smart Style
Friendly and professional... LISTENING to the customer is perfect ????✨... Managing time slots needs improvement... EVERYTIME I got to the Malabar salon I'm always doubling with someone with the same stylist... They are very detailed and they make sure you are satisfied with your visit.
Tash is Amazing, my hair is crazy right now because of this pandemic but she is the only one I will have cut my hair anywhere in Brevard and surrounding areas lol
DON'T DO IT! When i was seated we agreed we would only take two inches off. Well, the girl chopped 7 inches off my hair. I was seated faced away from the mirror the entire time so i didn't see what was going on. I cried in my car for almost 45 minutes. She really chopped it all off. Watching the other employees i could see that she wasn't the only one that was unprofessional. Don't take the risk ladies!!!
